It's hard for me to define myself as just one thing – I'm Jewish, a journalist, salesman, boyfriend, son, etc. But it's easy for me to establish the longest running theme I've had in my life: musician. The songs I write aren't normally very happy, so I thought the darkness and shadows would help bring that out visually.

Very cool! That sun peeking out right above your head is perfect. Reinforces that Messiah you have. Hahaha! Just kidding. Spectacular shot though. Great balance of light and dark.
ReplyDeleteClassic Matt. This shot speaks to who you are. I like the expression of concentration on your face. Like Joe said, I like the light coming in from the curtains, the stripes from the comforter gives it a cool linear quality.
